- Identify individual and organisational training needs to meet set company business objectives.
- Formulate an annual company training plan based on individual and organisational training needs.
- Formulate individual development plans.
- Present your annual training plan to the board, or a nominated person, for their approval before its implementation.
- Co-ordinate and actively progress the implementation of the annual training plan.
- Review, progress and evaluate with the board, or a nominated person, the annual training plan. To ensure the organisation's and individuals' training and development are meeting with business needs.
- Formulate manpower plans that identify and meet organisational manpower requirements.
- Present quarterly an annual Training Services Report to the board or a nominated person.
- Advise on and introduce new training initiatives that will enable the company to remain competitive through the development of its human resources.
- Provide a telephone helpline.
- Prepare and review your Company Training Policy.
- Keep and update your training records.
- Organise, control and monitor the implementation of all internal training programmes, formulate evaluation and performance reports for senior management, relating to the Indentured Apprenticeship Programme.
