- Gain a qualification
- Gain experience
- Gain employment
- Gain confidence
- Develop your skills
- Completing an NVQ in Engineering
- Key Skills (a portfolio based project and exams on the Key Skills)
- Undertaking a Technical Certificate at college or in our Training Centre
- You will be welcomed into our Engineering Training Centre for a 6 month period to be given training in basic engineering skills. During this time every endeavour will be made to find you an employer. After the 6 month period, you will go into your company for gainful employment!
- Monthly visits in your company by our qualified assessor to monitor your progress and more work to help you achieve your qualification.
