To assess the Candidate’s competence against Modern Apprenticeship - Customer Service standards and to achieve full certificate
• The advice and assessment process will be delivered at the Candidates place of work. Advisor and Assessor visits will be by prior arrangement and made so as to minimise any disruption in the work place. The Candidates Line Manager will be included in the process through an agreed development plan. Average time span to achieve the qualification would be 12 to 18 months
